About the Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that address complex business challenges. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to build scalable and intelligent applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
Build, train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models to production environments.
Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications for automation and intelligent decision-making.
Design and implement NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model performance.
Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Integrate AI/ML models with web applications and enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-based services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, and project stakeholders, to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, model reports, and implementation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech.) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
1–3+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
Knowledge of API development and integration for AI-powered applications.
Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning deployment.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployment environments.
Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
