Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Quickbase applications based on business requirements.

Administer and optimize Quickbase environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

Develop and implement workflow automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Integrate Quickbase with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.

Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization between systems.

Provide user support by troubleshooting application issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

Monitor application performance and carry out regular system maintenance and enhancements.

Gather business requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.

(Optional) Support or contribute to Zoho platform solutions (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Sprints) where business needs overlap with low-code application development and workflow automation.

Requirements for the role:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Quickbase application development and administration.

Strong understanding of Quickbase forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and permissions.

Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.

Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration techniques.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience working directly with business users to gather and analyze requirements.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Skills/Certifications:

Experience integrating Quickbase with enterprise applications.

Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is an added advantage.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies is preferred.

Good to Have (Optional – Zoho Capabilities):

Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator or other low-code/no-code platforms, with the ability to translate application-building concepts across platforms.

Familiarity with the broader Zoho ecosystem such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Sprints.

Experience with Zoho Flow for building automated, cross-application workflows and integrations.

Working knowledge of Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) for custom logic and automation.

Experience integrating Zoho applications with Quickbase or other enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
