Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager who can own end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to execution, with a strong focus on metrics, user experience, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with live products and a knack for translating user needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and take ownership of assigned products or modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing.

Define product features and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

Track and analyze product metrics (DAU, conversion rates, leads) to drive data-informed decisions.

Use tools like Jira and analytics platforms to plan, track, and optimize product development.

Generate leads and contribute to product growth initiatives.

Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Freshers with a BBA or relevant degree and strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience on live projects will be preferred.

Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools is an added advantage.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
