Java Spring Boot Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and relational databases. The candidate should be passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.

Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Support production deployments and resolve production issues when required.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17 or above).

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

Strong understanding of RESTful Web Services.

Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Knowledge of Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.

Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (preferred).

Experience with Maven or Gradle.

Good understanding of Git version control.

Knowledge of JSON, XML, and API integration.

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant Java certifications are a plus.

Experience

2–6 years of experience in Java application development.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and enterprise application development.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
