The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform applications, and related integrations through a combination of automation and functional testing. The engineer will develop automated frameworks, execute end-to-end testing, manage defects, and support release quality within an Agile environmen

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, and related applications.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Validate integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and other systems.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure product quality.

Manage defects through Azure DevOps/TFS, including logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.

Conduct regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.

Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve quality processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage.

Provide QA recommendations to improve CRM and SMT functionality, performance, and user experience.

Key Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Software Testing/QA with strong exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM.

Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (functional and automation).

Experience testing Service Management Tools (SMT).

Strong automation skills using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow, and Playwright.

Experience with End-to-End (E2E), Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycles, and defect management.

Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, Visual Studio, and test management tools.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and web application testing.

Strong requirement analysis, test case design, and defect tracking skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Fluent English communication skills.

ISTQB certification (preferred).
