Since the first restaurant opened in Texas in 1994, our mission has been to Serve the World Flavor, and we're just getting started. By 2002, we had already served a billion wings worldwide. Flavor is what defines us, and it's what has made Wingstop one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the world.

Today we're a $2B+ business with more than 2,000 restaurants globally. In Spain, we opened our first restaurant in Madrid in 2024, and we haven't stopped growing since: we're expanding across Madrid and Barcelona, with more cities on the horizon.

YOUR ROLE AT WINGSTOP SPAIN

Wingstop Spain is scaling fast, and we need a Marketing Manager to act as a true business partner to our Leadership Team - someone who translates business priorities into marketing decisions, not just executes a calendar. You'll own the brand's strategy and consistency as we grow into a multi-site, multi-city business, leading the marketing team and coordinating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Own the marketing strategy for Wingstop Spain, aligned with business growth priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team on brand, positioning and market decisions.

Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities and balancing hands-on strategic direction with trust in daily execution.

Coordinate closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance and every new restaurant opening, aligning campaigns, pricing and promotions with business needs.

Direct social media, content and paid digital via agency partners, ensuring quality and performance.

Own PR, crisis comms and brand equity as our visibility grows.

Manage the marketing budget and report performance and impact directly to the Leadership Team.

WHO YOU ARE

Role-specific requirements:

5+ years of relevant marketing experience; experience in the restaurant industry is highly valued.

Proven experience managing and developing a team.

Deep experience in the Spanish market and genuine fluency in local culture and consumer trends.

Comfortable acting as a strategic partner to leadership, not just an executor.

Fluent English, both spoken and written.
