About the role
Your day-to-day
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate employee data and generate regular reports for management.
Organize and schedule new hire inductions, training sessions, and track attendance and completion rates to support learning initiatives.
Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement programs and well-being activities to foster a positive work culture.
Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Your skills and experience
Degree in ADE, Labor Law or Master degree in Human Resources or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication in english (portugues or italian is a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Adaptability and openness to embracing new challenges in a dynamic, international business enviroment
