Ihre Aufgaben

Übernahme der Vertriebsposition im Bereich HVACR (Klima- /Kältetechnik, Wärmepumpenlösungen) Neuanlagengeschäft und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie von Johnson Controls um

Starker Fokus auf Wachstum und Ergebnisorientierung im Bereich Industriekälteanlagen

Erfolgreiche Neukundengewinnung und eigenverantwortlich Betreuung von bestehenden Kundenkontakten

Betreuung von Planungsbüros sowie Endkunden

Die zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inklusive Planungsunterstützung und Kalkulation von Budgetangeboten

Das Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen zu erklärungsbedürftigen Wärme -/ und Kältelösungen

Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fachmessen und Repräsentation bei sonstigen Kundenveranstaltungen mit entsprechendem know how der Johnson Controls Produkte und Marken

Ihre Qualifikationen

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder einen abgeschlossenen Fach-/Hochschulabschluss in Kältetechnik/ Versorgungstechnik/Verfahrenstechnik/Maschinenbau

Idealerweise bringen Sie gute Produkt- und Anwendungskenntnisse in der Kälte-, Luft- und Klima-, Wärmepumpentechnik mit

Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Stärke in der Betreuung von Planungsbüros, Anlagenbauern und Endkunden

Strategisches Denken, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zielorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick

Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen, Planungs- und Kalkulationstools

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
