Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our team at our Dublin 2 office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational organisations to SMEs, helping them find innovative print and visual communication solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Director on a daily basis to achieve set targets.

Make and take strategic calls to grow business from new relationships.

Increase sales from existing accounts.

Prospect into new groups & divisions of existing customers.

Develop dormant accounts.

Process and organise print orders through our in-house management system.

Problem solve and find solutions to meet the customers’ needs.

What You'll Bring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with all the Microsoft Office tools.

Experience of managing, developing and maintaining client relationships.

The ability to collaborate and work as a team.

Target & sales driven.

Proven track record working unaided in detecting and supporting existing and new business.
