Manage L2/L3 SAP PLM support operations.

Resolve complex PLM production issues.

Lead RCA and problem management activities.

Coordinate transports and deployments.

Support business users across global regions.

Conduct monthly service reviews.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Collaborate with MM, PP, QM, EHS, and technical teams for issue resolution.
