Role Overview

XTRIBUTOR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for our cloud-based enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and responsive UI design while maintaining consistency with modern design systems and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve product experience.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to understand product requirements.

Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.

Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.

Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Continuously improve user experience based on analytics, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.

Excellent understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User Interface (UI) design.

Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant UI/UX certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory).

Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI design tools.

Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Experience designing enterprise SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Telecom, or B2B applications.

Familiarity with Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, and accessibility (WCAG).

Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma Prototype or InVision.

Understanding of user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience collaborating with frontend development teams.
