Location: Goa Plant
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Quality team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who is sharp with numbers, comfortable working on Excel/data sheets, and eager to build a career in quality control within a high-pressure die casting (HPDC) manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Check, verify, and record inspection data (incoming, in-process, and final inspection) accurately on daily quality sheets
Capture and update rejection, defect, and rework data in Excel/ERP for tracking and reporting
Support the Quality team in maintaining inspection logs, checklists, and traceability records
Flag discrepancies or abnormal trends in data to senior quality engineers
Assist in preparing basic quality reports (daily/weekly rejection summaries, defect trends)
Support internal audit preparation by organizing and updating documentation
Learn and follow basic quality standards and procedures (ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements)
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (freshers or up to 1 year experience)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic charts)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
Willingness to learn HPDC processes, casting defects, and quality tools
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Prior internship/project exposure to a manufacturing or quality environment is a plus
