Assistant Brand Manager - Chocolate

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity exists within our Nestle confectionary team for a talented Assistant Brand Marketer to join our passionate and dynamic Chocolate team. In this role you will work on market leading brands including KitKat and you will also lead cross functional teams to deliver key projects to fuel growth.

This role will require you to assist in the development and implementation of the entire marketing mix. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager KitKat you will be responsible for managing the full end to end marketing process of the brand.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

A day in the life will look like:

Opportunity to be part of local innovation planning for chocolate brands with a focus on KitKat

Lead innovation projects from end to end working with a range cross functional teams and bringing ideas to life

Participating in the development and execution of media and or digital campaigns including preparation of briefs for the agencies

Leading brand activations and events, both internal and external

Partnering with the Digital Manager on social content planning and execution for KitKat

Managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain

Collaborating with the brand team to manage a large Marketing Budget

Contribute to a high performing, fun and inclusive culture in the Confectionery Marketing Team

ARE YOU A FIT?

You will have demonstrated strategic analytical skills as well solid project management skills in an FMCG business.

The ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy

You have NPD experience, and experience working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined NPD process

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive and can do work style
