Want to play an active role in shaping the future of our global O&M procurement? Then you've come to the right place! As Team Lead Procurement O&M Global, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of our global O&M purchasing, developing innovative spare parts and procurement strategies, and ensuring that our global processes are efficient, consistent, and future-oriented. You will negotiate with our key suppliers and drive forward issues such as delivery capability, spare parts availability, and quality & warranty. Strategic alignment of global O&M procurement
Development and implementation of spare parts and procurement strategies for O&M projects
Centralization and standardization of global O&M purchasing processes
Contract negotiations with suppliers on delivery capability and spare parts availability
Escalation of quality and warranty issues globally
Regular coordination with the Director SCP on procurement issues
Management of the O&M procurement teams
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields
Several years of professional experience and in-depth expertise in procurement and O&M
Nice to have: experience in the solar industry
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Your skills: communicative team player with a high sense of responsibility and a conscientious approach to work and leadership skills
