YOUR TASKS

Job Objective

Steering, coordination and execution of planning, development and implementation of test equipment and related Software as well as monitoring / maintenance and introduction of improvement measures.

Duties and Responsibilities

1 Ownership of test concepts (models, set-ups, simulations, test circuits) for components, sub-assemblies, devices and systems; involvement in/supporting the creation of requirement specifications and test specifications

2 Supervising test system development with standard components

3 Arrangement for creation and updating all relevant documentation

4 Work on implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement)

5 Collaboration with counterparts from different regions about the activities

6 Deploy and Develop employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks

7 Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks

8 Participating in hiring process and responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands

9 Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including examining as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech / BE with more than 8 years of experience

Automotive Domain Experience / related Embedded Testing experience

Good in Communication
