About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, planning project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client communication, and ensuring timely delivery with minimal supervision. The Project Manager will be responsible for independently driving projects while maintaining quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage end-to-end software development projects.

Gather and analyze business requirements and define project scope.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coordinate with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Analysts to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.

Manage client communication, provide regular status updates, and handle project escalations.

Track project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and release planning are maintained.

Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 2 years of experience managing software development projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Proven ability to independently manage multiple software projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with an ownership mindset.

Good understanding of web, mobile, cloud, APIs, and modern software architecture.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.

Experience working with international clients is preferred.

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
