Senior Civil Site Engineer

Minimum 10 years experience required Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Site Engineer from the real

estate/construction industry to manage and supervise site execution activities for residential and

commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of construction

processes, site management, vendor coordination, quality control, and project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations, timely project

execution, coordination with contractors and consultants, and maintaining quality and safety

standards across projects.

Requirements

Diploma / BE Civil with 8 -10 years of experience in real estate or construction projects

Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC work, finishing work, and project coordination

Experience in handling contractors, vendors, consultants, and site labor teams

Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

Strong understanding of construction quality standards and safety procedures

Experience in project planning, material management, and progress tracking

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently manage site activities and meet project timelines

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction and site execution activities

Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, timelines, quality standards, and site productivity

Ensure proper execution of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP-related activities

Verify site measurements, material consumption, and work quality

Prepare daily progress reports, site updates, and MIS reports for management

Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Manage labor teams and coordinate manpower requirements at site

Monitor material requirements, inventory, and site logistics

Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues efficiently

Coordinate with management for project planning and execution updates

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
