Roswalt Realty is looking for a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Handover & Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Chembur, Mumbai.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during property handovers and post-possession support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate residential unit handovers with customers.
Conduct unit walkthroughs during possession.
Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Engineering and Facility teams for smooth handovers.
Record and track snag lists until closure.
Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
Maintain complaint logs and documentation.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support residents during move-in activities.
Maintain accurate MIS and handover records.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Front Office, Real Estate, Facility Management or Property Management.
Freshers with excellent communication and personality are welcome to apply.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Confident in face-to-face customer interactions.
Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Comfortable using MS Excel and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
