About the Role
Greenbucks Securities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused candidates to join our Insurance Sales team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for insurance products.
Handle client interactions through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Generate quality leads through various sales channels.
Explain insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
Perform basic operational and back-office activities related to insurance policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer service.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Banking, Finance, or Customer Service will be preferred.
