Compliance Officer

· Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA regulations, Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, RBI, PMLA/KYC-AML, Trust compliances and other applicable laws.

· Monitor regulatory developments and assist in implementing changes arising from SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Companies Act and other applicable regulations.

· Manage compliance calendars, statutory filings, regulatory reporting and inspections. Maintain statutory records and governance documentation.

· Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC/AML, capital calls, subscriptions, transfers and investor communications.

· Liaise with Trustees, Custodians, Fund Accountants, RTAs (Cams/Kfin), Brokers, Depositories, Banks, Auditors and Legal Advisors.

· Complete onboarding and ongoing compliance with brokers, custodians and other intermediaries.

· Support investment transactions and ensure investment-related regulatory compliance.

Manage Board, Committee and Shareholder/Partner/Trustee meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking. Monitor action points arising from Board and Committee meetings.

· Handle ROC filings, other regulatory reporting’s, statutory registers, Audits and corporate governance compliances.

· Oversee NGO/trust compliances including governance, statutory filings and monitor the implementation of the Projects.

· Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards and reports for senior management and regulators.

· Assist the Head – Legal & Operations in strategic initiatives and process improvements.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Strong drafting, analytical, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· High integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
