Sales Manager

Job Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the sales operations. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that sales goals are met. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Analyse sales data to create reports on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Management:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.

Provide training, coaching, and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and performance.

Set individual sales targets and monitor the performance of each sales agent.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Act as the point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues.

Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Sales Operations:

Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring that all sales processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.

Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

Market Research & Business Development:

Conduct market research to identify new leads and develop strategies for targeting high-potential areas.

Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth by expanding the company's client base.

Stay updated on industry trends, property laws, and regulations to provide insights for business development.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotions with marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and financial reporting.

Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all property deals are in line with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate sector.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and industry regulations.

Familiarity with real estate sales processes, documentation, and contract negotiation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
