✨ What you'll be doing

Leading and developing the full Moida team,warm,expert and welcoming every day

Owning and managing the store P&L including sales targets,margin and cost control

Driving a culture of genuine product knowledge,expert recommendations and brilliant service

Managing all stock,visual merchandising and K-beauty product ranging

Overseeing all recruitment,onboarding,training and performance management

Ensuring compliance with all retail and H&S regulations

Analysing trading data and leading improvement plans to hit and exceed targets

What we're looking for

Store Manager or Deputy Manager experience in beauty,K-beauty or lifestyle retail

Commercially driven with strong P&L management capability

A natural people developer who builds motivated,knowledgeable teams

Genuine passion for K-beauty and Korean culture,this matters here

Strong visual merchandising instincts

Flexible for weekends,bank holidays and varied shifts

Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
