VP, Amusements

Overview:

The VP of Amusements owns amusement P&L performance and uses data and analytics to guide pricing, investment, and operating decisions, partnering closely with the SVP of Revenue Management & Pricing to align amusement strategy with enterprise revenue goals.

What You'll Do

Revenue & Data-Driven Growth

Own amusement revenue and P&L performance, tracking yield, utilization, and margin across locations.

Partner with the SVP of Revenue Management & Pricing to align amusement pricing and promotions with enterprise revenue strategy.

Research and test new revenue streams, and build 1-, 3-, and 5-year plans for revenue growth and infrastructure.

Games, Attractions & Vendor Management

Negotiate pricing on new games, attractions, and card systems, and manage arcade install and conversion projects.

Creating proposals for upcoming and prospective arcade installs while staying within designated budgets.

Visiting non-company owned FEC's and seeing opportunities which Lucky Strike Entertainment can incorporate.

Leadership & Collaboration

Develop and roll out national promotions with Marketing and other departments.

Partner with Finance, Technology, and Product teams on forecasting, systems, and analytics needs.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in arcade/amusement operations or corporate operations management.

A strong track record of P&L ownership and comfort using data to guide pricing and investment decisions.

Strong communication, integrity, and sales/marketing skills and abilities.
