Role Overview:
This role plays a key part in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top university students, recent graduates, interns, co-op participants, and entry-level professionals as part of our Early Careers Hiring Program. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring efficient and timely hiring processes.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume resume screening and perform initial candidate assessments against job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview schedules, application status, feedback, and next steps.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a positive, seamless, and timely recruitment experience.
Ensure candidate information is handled in compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics as needed.
Assist with pre-employment requirements, onboarding activities, and new hire coordination.
Support campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, career fairs, and employer branding activities when required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule, typically from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time, with flexibility based on business needs.
Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days onsite and two days work from home per week.
Must be willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
Open to supporting global recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
