Commercial Manager – Data Center Thermal Solutions

About the Role

Analog Devices Inc. is bringing a breakthrough to one of the hardest problems in computing infrastructure: keeping the world's most powerful AI infrastructure cool. We’re developing a novel thermal monitoring technology specific to liquid cooled data centers - and we're looking for a Commercial Manager to take it to market.

This role is for an operator who knows the data center industry from the inside, has the relationships to open doors at hyperscalers and neoclouds, and has the technical fluency to walk a new technology through evaluation and into a signed commercial agreement.

You'll be the commercial face of this new technology - owning the path from first conversation to MOU to revenue - backed by the engineering depth, supply chain scale, and balance sheet of a semiconductor leader.

What You'll Do

Own the customer relationship end to end. Build and drive a pipeline of hyperscaler and neocloud accounts, leveraging your existing relationships to get our technology in front of the right technical and commercial decision-makers.

Move deals forward. Take opportunities from initial engagement through MOU and into commercial agreements - structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.

Drive technology adoption. Introduce a new-to-market technology to sophisticated buyers and go through the technical evaluation process, from proof-of-concept to qualification to deployment.

Be the customer's voice internally. Work hand-in-glove with product management, engineering, pricing, and supply chain teams to translate customer requirements into roadmap, commercial terms, and delivery commitments.

Tell the story. Deliver compelling presentations and technical pitches to executive and engineering audiences alike.

Travel to where the business is. Engage customers and partners across the U.S.

Experience introducing new technology to hyperscalers / neoclouds and driving the technical evaluation and qualification process.

Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Willingness to travel nationally.
