Job Description
Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers and field engineers, resolving Laboratory Information System (LIS) issues across the entire QO product portfolio.
Facilitate seamless middle ware integration for customers working closely with customer IT department and LIS vendor.
Address and resolve complex network connectivity challenges between customer LIS and Analyzers / middle ware to ensure uninterrupted laboratory workflows.
Deploy software patches during the integration of Analyzers or middle ware systems to meet specific client requirements and hardware configurations.
Partner with Sales, Service, Field Application Specialists (FAS), and Automation teams to lead high-level IT consultations and technical discussions with customers & key stakeholders.
Leverage LIS data to design and maintain sophisticated dashboards and visual reports - utilizing SQL, Power BI , or specialized laboratory software.
Creating digital tools/platforms for internal and external customers
Ensure all Value-Added Services and custom software plugins adhere to rigorous international medical data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.
Required Skills
5+ Years of Experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems/Hospital Information System.
Proficiency in ASTM/ASTM-IP/HL7 Protocols.
Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall configurations.
Proficiency in SQL/Sea shark/Mirth interface software
Qualification
BTech/BE in Computer Science /IT or any related Subjects
