Job Title: Senior Node.Js Developer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Setup: Monday to Friday- 1st & 3rd Saturdays are WFH
Shift Timing- 11 AM to 8 PM
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Objective of the role:
Backend Skills:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop, optimize, and maintain server-side network components.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain Node.js applications on AWS infrastructure.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality engineering standards.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
AI Knowledge:
AI Orchestrator Architecture
Agentic AI
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/ Traits):
Strong in Node.js, Rest API, JavaScript, Express.js.
Familiarity with database technology such as NoSQL, MySQL, Dynamo dB and MongoDB
