We’re excited to open an internal opportunity for a Senior Recruiter (CL3 – Principal) - a role designed for experienced Recruiters ready to step into higher stakeholder ownership, more complex delivery, and enhanced advisory responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities
This is a high‑touch, high‑impact role, offering opportunities to:
Work directly with senior hiring managers and complex business areas
Influence hiring decisions through data‑driven insights and market expertise
Become a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
Lead consultation, negotiation, and offer processes for complex roles
Mentor Recruiters, Sourcers, and Admins to uplift broader account capability
Engage in projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and talent pipelining
Own senior stakeholder relationships
Build strong partnerships with senior hiring managers
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery with full autonomy
Provide expert guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and skills alignment
Shape sourcing approaches in collaboration with the Sourcing team
Deliver high‑touch, high‑quality recruitment
Manage complex interviews, offer negotiations, and reward structures
Guide hiring managers through selection decisions
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to start date
Build proactive pipelines and talent pools to support future demand Lead through insight and operational excellence
Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Maintain high data accuracy across ATS/CRM systems
Flag scope creep and ensure compliance with AMS and client requirements
Support capability uplift
Mentor Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrators on best practices
Share account knowledge, market trends, and recruitment expertise
Engage in projects that enhance delivery and client experience
Skills & Requirements
This opportunity is ideal for talent who:
Excel in relationship management and influencing stakeholders
Prior experience in hiring for roles in manufacturing or engineering industry
Professional level fluency in Japanese language
Bring strong recruitment delivery expertise (agency, RPO, or in‑house)
Demonstrate sound judgment, proactivity, and a solutions‑focused approach
Enjoy working with data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Thrive in managing complex processes and senior‑level expectations
Excellent communication, advisory, and relationship‑building skills
A proactive, data‑driven, and solutions‑focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic client environment
Amenable to work onsite 3-days per week
