What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment is beneficial but not essential

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

A friendly and approachable personality

A desire to develop new skills and grow your career

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering friendly, efficient and genuine customer service with every interaction

Maintaining excellent product quality, availability and presentation standards

Keeping the shop clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the day

Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times

Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Supporting smooth day-to-day shop operations during busy trading periods

Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
