We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our team on a landmark data centre project in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and integration of all project disciplines, ensuring seamless communication between design, construction, commissioning, and client teams. This role will focus on driving project alignment, managing interfaces between trades, and ensuring key milestones are achieved safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and report on the planning and execution of all integration requirements across project phases.

Act as the single point of contact for managing and reporting on the planning, execution, and delivery of all integration scopes and milestones.

Identify, document, and manage the construction phasing deliverables across all related CSA and MEP systems.

Provide bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, execution, and handover stages.

Develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan to align project activities and objectives.

Chair internal and client integration meetings, driving collaboration and accountability.

Oversee and ensure compliance with the Telecom & security Material Procurement Process.

Coordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely completion.

Participate in weekly design workgroups and workshops as required, providing integration input and updates.

Facilitate and support installation scheduling and site onboarding activities, including H&S compliance, method statements, and related documentation.

Champion Health & Safety compliance, ensuring all integration activities are executed in line with project and statutory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related background experience.

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in on-site project management within the construction sector.

Strong understanding of MEP and CSA coordination with experience managing complex, fast-paced project environments.

Telecommunications & Security design and installation experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
