Chem-Aqua, part of NCH Europe, is looking for a Sales & Service Representative to join our team in the Dublin region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and wants to combine account management, business development, and technical service delivery within a leading water treatment business.

As a key member of our field team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, delivering excellent service, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers with industry-leading water treatment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and developing existing customer relationships to maximise contract retention and customer satisfaction.

Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

Generating new business through prospecting and networking activities.

Conducting customer review meetings and providing consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.

Performing water treatment and environmental hygiene monitoring activities, including:

Bacteria sampling

Temperature monitoring

Cooling tower analysis

Steam boiler analysis

Closed-loop system testing

Pre-treatment plant analysis

Commissioning and supporting water treatment equipment, including:

Water softeners

Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems

UV systems

Chlorine dioxide equipment

Maintaining accurate service reports, customer records, and documentation.

Acting as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

Essential

✔ Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets

✔ Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills

✔ Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities

✔ Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

✔ Strong organisational and time management skills

✔ Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

✔ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

✔ Full driving licence

Desirable

Water treatment, water hygiene, environmental services, or industrial services experience

Technical field service or laboratory analysis experience

Qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline

Professional sales qualification
