Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high quality customer service and business support to our range of customers. These roles are both interesting and challenging and involve:

Administering business and providing customer service for corporate clients

Handling and resolving customer queries in an efficient and professional manner

Providing general administration to support the business

What you will need to be successful in the role

The ideal candidates will have:

Work experience in an administrative, payroll, pensions, finance or customer service environment is preferable

Experience working with data, numbers or reconciliation tasks would be an advantage

Good IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly

Leaving Certificate or equivalent required; further studies in business, finance, pensions or a related discipline are an advantage

Interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications (for example, pensions or life assurance administration, APA/QFA in time) is desirable

Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and deliver team targets

Working on own initiative to strive to meet and surpass productivity and quality targets

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent timekeeping & attendance required

A flexible approach to the working week – flexi time is in operation, but rotas exist in some areas
