The team

The Change and Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives in accordance with the ASIC Project Management and Change Management methodologies.

The role

As Change Manager for the ARMS Program, you will lead end-to-end change management for a complex, enterprise-wide business and technology transformation. You will partner with senior executives, program leadership, project teams and business stakeholders to support engagement, business readiness, adoption and benefits realisation. You will also:

Take a leadership and hands-on role in delivering organisational change across a large-scale system replacement and business transformation program.

Lead change strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, business readiness, communications, training, adoption and transition to BAU activities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to support overall program and project-level business change activities, including governance, planning, risk identification, reporting and benefits measurement.

Work closely with project managers, business SMEs and technology teams to embed change and support readiness across multiple business areas.

Support complex stakeholder engagement, influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Contribute to the ongoing refinement of ASIC's change management framework, including tools, artefacts, coaching and capability uplift across the program.

Support effective go-live, cutover readiness, hypercare planning and handover to BAU, ensuring the change lands in a sustainable way.

About you

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Management, Communications or a related discipline.

7+ years organisational change management experience, including demonstrated end-to-end experience on complex business and technology transformation programs.

Demonstrated experience as a senior or lead Change Manager on at least one major enterprise program, rather than only project-level change delivery.

Experience with system replacement, enterprise platform implementation, revenue, finance, customer management, case management, data migration, data quality, integration or digital channel change will be highly regarded.

Prosci certification and demonstrated use of the ADKAR model

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior executives and program leadership

Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills

Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
