A Day in the Life Leading our brand-new Luxe Outlet opening this October, you will champion a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
Store Launch & Operations: Spearhead the grand opening, managing daily operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising.
Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
Business Drive: Maximize sales performance, manage the store P&L, and optimize inventory.
We Are Looking For
Retail Management: Strong experience leading high-volume retail stores.
People Development: Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Operational Agility: Highly organized to manage fast-paced stock and store logistics.
Commercial Acumen: Analytical mindset to drive sales and manage store KPIs.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive problem-solver excited by a new store launch.
