This is where it all began in Ireland in 2018 our largest Krispy Kreme store offering customers the full experience: dine-in, drive-thru, and, of course, our famous Hot Light. It’s where doughnut magic meets customer connection, and it could be the perfect place to kickstart your career.
Located in the Blanchardstown Centre retail park, just outside Dublin city. There’s plenty of free parking on site, excellent transport links via bus and the nearby M50, and you’ll be surrounded by a buzzing team making it a great place to work and spread a little joy every day.

Step into the spotlight as a Retail Shift Leader!
This isn’t just any job - it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.
What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):
You’ll run the show on shift - front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic - stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
