About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring the safety of all guests and members.

Deliver engaging swimming lessons to children and adults in line with recognised teaching standards.

Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Carry out regular pool safety checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the Leisure Club.

Respond confidently to emergencies, administering first aid and following emergency procedures when required.

Work collaboratively with the Leisure Club team to create a safe, enjoyable and welcoming environment for everyone.
