Pharmacy Manager

Experienced pharmacy manager required to tend to the various day-to-day requirements of running a growing family-owned independent pharmacy.

You will work alongside the owner-pharmacist, and panel of eight staff, with various levels of experience.

Your role would involve alleviating pressure from pharmacist so that they can focus on 100,000 annual rx load. You will organise and get the best from your work colleagues, driving standards, training, reporting, some regulatory work etc.

There is flexibility in working hours, 4-5 days ideally. The business is well set up and organised, you will slot into our group , and maintain/improve on our already high standards and local reputation.

Experience of pharmacy management or high level technician will be necessary.an ability to delegate effectively but also graft yourself when needed. Please do not apply unless your have years of Irish pharmacy experience.

Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
