Overview
BerryDunn is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract to support our growing Consulting practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and is comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment with minimal ramp-up.
In this role, you will primarily partner with our Consulting leaders to recruit experienced consulting professionals across a variety of practices, serving a broad client group of state and local government, healthcare, Medicaid, higher education, and nonprofit clients. Experience recruiting within a consulting or professional services environment is strongly preferred, with experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting positions considered a significant advantage.
This is a fully remote position within the United States.
Travel Expectations: This role requires minimal travel (less than 10%).
You Will
Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill consulting roles.
Use behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques to identify candidates with the right combination of experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies.
Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle while maintaining accurate documentation in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
Represent and communicate BerryDunn's culture, values, employee experience, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
You Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting professional services or consulting organizations.
Experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles strongly preferred.
Previous experience in a contract recruiting or project-based recruiting environment, with the ability to quickly learn new businesses and operate independently.
Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill specialized, difficult-to-source positions.
A consultative approach with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while identifying high-quality talent.
Proven success utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and assessment methods.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
Compensation Details
The hourly rate for this role is $50-$60 per hour. This rate range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final rate may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The hourly rate for the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
