It’s an exciting time to be part of Delta’s Reservations team as we redefine how and where we serve customers and set new standards for the experiences we create for customers as well as thousands of Reservations and Care employees. We’re continuing to evolve our learning model by creating fresh, innovative, and scalable learning experiences for employees throughout every level of the division from new hire training to leadership support programs and everywhere in between.

As a Program Manager, you’ll act as a cross-divisional partner on strategic initiatives by leading the development and operationalization of a scalable content strategy across the Res Learning portfolio. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address learning and content needs, develop scalable strategies, and help ensure employees are equipped with effective, relevant, and sustainable learning solutions. You’ll provide strategic leadership in emerging content models, including microlearning, user generated content, and the thoughtful use of AI and technology to improve scalability, efficiency, and consistency across the portfolio.

Under minimal direction, the Program Manager performs tasks including, but not limited to:

Consult with stakeholders throughout the division to identify scalable and relevant learning and content solutions that support business needs across the portfolio, including onboarding, upskilling, field initiative support, and BAU work

Lead the development and execution of a scalable content strategy across the learning portfolio

Define and operationalize the team’s approach to microlearning, reusable content, and user generated content

Establish standards, governance, workflows, and decision criteria for content development, maintenance, and reuse

Use a variety of instructional techniques and content approaches, including digital learning, classroom training, job shadowing, coaching, microlearning, scalable content models, performance support, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate

Partner with Learning Measurement and Enablement to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and content solutions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary

Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and respond to changing business needs and emerging trends in learning and development

Partner with external vendors, where needed, to ensure high-quality and cost-effective learning solutions

Identify and recommend opportunities to use AI-enabled tools and processes to improve content development, maintenance, scalability, and operational efficiency
