Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Core Solutions & Experiences will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of HP’s core print software solutions and customer experience across the Home Print portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product management, customer experience, and cross-functional delivery - driving an integrated, end ‑ to ‑ end experience from setup through everyday use.
This leader will be responsible for defining the customer journey, aligning hardware and software roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of seamless, high-quality experiences that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and product value.
Key Responsibilities
Own End-to-End Customer Experience Strategy
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core print experiences including setup, onboarding, connectivity, printing, and app interactions
Deliver a cohesive “Now / Next / Future” experience strategy grounded in customer insights and data
Establish and evolve a North Star experience for Home Print that accelerates time-to-value and drives customer advocacy
Lead Core Solutions Product Management
Own product requirements and prioritization for core solutions (e.g., setup & onboarding, connectivity, drivers, app experience, and intelligent solutions)
Translate customer, market, and regional insights into clear product requirements and differentiated experiences
Drive alignment with TIO and engineering teams on priorities, scope, and execution outcomes
Drive Cross-Portfolio Alignment
Integrate hardware, software, and services into a unified customer strategy and roadmap across the Home Print portfolio
Ensure consistency and quality of experience across platforms (Windows, mobile, app ecosystem) and regions
Partner with portfolio, innovation, and regional teams to ensure alignment on roadmap, timing, and value delivery
Operational Excellence & Delivery Model
Establish clear operating models, roles, and responsibilities across product, program management, and design to improve execution clarity and velocity
Lead prioritization frameworks and backlog governance focused on high-impact “big rocks” and customer outcomes
Drive continuous improvement in processes, reducing complexity and increasing speed to market
Customer Insights & Experience Outcomes
Build and scale a continuous customer insight engine to inform roadmap decisions
Drive key experience metrics including CSAT, NPS, and product ratings through improved design and execution
Champion a customer-first culture across teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in real user needs and behaviors
People Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and experience leaders across multiple domains
Foster a collaborative, cross-functional culture grounded in accountability, clarity, and customer obsession
Build organizational capability in product management, customer experience, and agile execution
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, customer experience, or related roles, with leadership responsibility
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across hardware, software, and services
Strong customer-first mindset with experience leveraging insights and data to drive product strategy
Demonstrated success in defining product roadmaps and delivering high-quality customer experiences
Experience working across global teams and influencing without direct authority

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
