SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (AMS Support)
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team and support a global enterprise operating across multiple countries.
In this role, you will become part of an international consulting team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing an existing SAP SuccessFactors landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical specialists, providing functional consulting, production support, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who enjoy client-facing consulting, solving complex business challenges, and supporting enterprise HR solutions in an international environment.

Engagement:
Part-time or Full-time (30–40 hours/month capacity, hourly engagement possible)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide functional support and consulting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
Configure and enhance existing SuccessFactors functionality, participate in new implementations.
Support system testing, regression testing, and release deployments.
Assist business users with process improvements and best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and regular service reviews.
Collaborate with technical and integration teams on cross-system topics.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS team.
Requirements:
2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and/or AMS support experience.
Experience supporting enterprise HR processes in international environments.
Good understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and business processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently while being an active member of a distributed international team.
Willingness to commit to a long-term customer engagement.
Functional Experience (as many of the following as possible)
Experience in one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Onboarding 2.0
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Compensation Management
Learning Management System (LMS)
People Analytics
Story Reports
Ad Hoc Reporting
Dashboards & Tiles
Succession & Development
Candidates with broader cross-module knowledge will be highly valued
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration with other systems - with SF Integration Center (IC) and SAP Integration Suite (BTP Integration Suite/CPI).
ITIL or AMS delivery experience.
