We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Guest Relations Executive to act as the primary point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work in rotational shifts. As the role requires maneuvering between different locations and timely arrival, owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Job Summary:

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Guest Relations

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts up to 8 PM, with 6 working days per week. The standard workweek includes weekend shifts, with the weekly off scheduled on a designated weekday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role & responsibilities:

Greet all arriving guests and visitors warmly with a pleasant smile and professional posture.

Counsel visitors and convince them to register. Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experience.

Answering phone calls and keeping records of all enquiries.

Follow up on leads.

Ensure achievement of sales target. Maintain good relationship with all guests.

Correspond with members and coaching participant.

Maintain records of all registrations.

Management of activities at the center and general center maintenance.

Key Competencies:

Personality: Cheerful, outgoing disposition with high standards of personal hygiene and corporate grooming.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Languages: Should be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi(Speaking).

Experience: More than 2 years in a customer facing role. Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
