Experience Required:

Vendor & Contractor Management

Government Compliance & Documentation

Manufacturing, Sales & Service Support

Support manufacturing operations through effective manpower planning

Coordinate HR support for Sales & Service teams

Improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency

Develop systems and processes to support business expansion

Business Growth & Marketing Strategy

Align HR strategies with business objectives

Support business growth initiatives through talent acquisition and organizational development

Assist leadership with marketing and expansion strategies

Build a high-performance culture focused on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualification:

MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM-HR or equivalent

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Labour Laws, HRMS, and MS Office

Strategic thinking with a business-oriented approach
