System Administrator (Windows)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure system security, and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and storage systems.

Configure, monitor, and administer Windows Server environments.

Implement and maintain security best practices across systems.

Manage Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).

Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.

Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, and Firewalls.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
