UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Figma, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and hands-on experience designing modern interfaces. Basic to intermediate knowledge of React is highly desirable to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and ensure design feasibility. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows, ideation, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects from user research and discovery to wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and developer handoff.

Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design documentation.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.

Review and improve existing user experiences using analytics, customer insights, and usability best practices.

Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and establish UI/UX best practices within the team.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, accessibility standards, AI-powered design tools, and modern UX methodologies.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Variables, and Design Systems.

Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and usability best practices.

Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design specifications.

Good understanding of React and frontend development concepts to facilitate seamless collaboration with engineering teams.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Working knowledge of AI-powered design and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar platforms to enhance design workflows, ideation, content generation, and overall productivity.

Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Experience with Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, After Effects, or other motion design/prototyping tools.

Understanding of design tokens, component-based design systems, and developer handoff processes.

Experience designing SaaS products, enterprise applications, or complex digital platforms is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement
