Desktop Support Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user and infrastructure support for enterprise IT environments. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft technologies, and networking issues while delivering exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, printer, and network issues.

Manage Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID, and Intune environments.

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems.

Support users with technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.

Follow IT security and compliance best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT/Desktop/Enterprise Technical Support.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and networking.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

ITIL, Microsoft, or ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
