Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and VisualCron to manage and optimize enterprise data pipelines. This role involves building event-driven workflows, automation, and robust ETL systems to support mission-critical data operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage advanced workflows using VisualCron (API triggers, cloud tasks, .NET scripting)

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and SSIS

Perform T-SQL performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedure optimization

Implement automated monitoring, error handling, and alerting mechanisms

Manage secure data transfers (SFTP workflows) and integrations

Ensure high availability and resilience of 24/7 data pipeline operations

Collaborate with teams for data modeling and warehouse design improvements

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering / Database Development

Strong expertise in MS SQL Server and advanced T-SQL

Hands-on experience with SSIS, ETL pipelines, and package development

Experience with VisualCron (event-driven workflows, external integrations)

Solid understanding of relational database design and data warehousing concepts

Experience with source control (Bitbucket) and deployment processes
