We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Marina Bay Sands flagship store. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for premium retail and health & wellness.

You will be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing the retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of flagship store operations to ensure high service and operational standards.

Manage, train, and inspire sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and VIP client engagement strategies.

Maintain premium product displays, stock levels, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.

Monitor store KPIs (sales, conversion, footfall, customer satisfaction) and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Build strong relationships with VIP clients and ensure personalized service.

Drive operational excellence, including scheduling, compliance, and loss prevention.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align store initiatives with brand strategy.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and staff development.

Requirements

At least 5 years of retail management experience, with exposure to flagship or luxury retail environments.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.

Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.

Excellent customer service skills, with experience handling VIP clientele.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred; additional languages a plus.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.

Familiarity with retail technology systems (POS, CRM, inventory management).

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
