We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our Marina Bay Sands flagship store. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for premium retail and health & wellness.

You will be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing the retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.

Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.

Assist in implementing in-store promotions and marketing activities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and visual merchandising standards.

Prepare basic sales and performance reports for management review.

Act as the Store Manager’s deputy during absences.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in premium health supplements, lifestyle, or luxury goods.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to coach and develop team members.

Sales-oriented mindset with proven customer engagement skills.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
