AI Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative 3+ years experienced AI Full Stack Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that drive impactful insights and transformative applications across various industries.

The AI-First Full Stack React Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and scaling modern web applications using React and backend technologies while leveraging AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires developers who embrace AI-assisted coding to rapidly prototype, build, test, and deliver high-quality production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and modern backend technologies.

Build responsive, secure, and high-performance applications from prototype to production.

Utilize AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, automate repetitive tasks, and increase engineering productivity.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly translate business requirements into working applications.

Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and modern development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent frameworks.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based application development.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants as part of daily development.

Ability to rapidly build, iterate, and enhance applications using AI-assisted workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
